Dayok

We call this in my hometown in the Philippines, Dayok. This is made from the intestine of the fish. The fisherman marinated this with lots of lemon juice and salt made it really good when it is fermented for several days before eating. I miss eating this one ^_^

Never heard of this fish but I'm sure my late mom knows about it because I heard her say the word "Dayok" before. :)
