Pancit Canton

One of my comfort food is Pancit Canton. It is very easy to cook I had to boil a water damp the noodles into the boiling water and when it is soft strain then put on the plate. The pancit canton package has a seasoning inside and that is what I mixed to the noodles. It is yummy specially in a weather like this, cold!

I called this my comfort food. If I cooked two packs that is enough for me. The good part is that I don't have to crave for this because the Filipino store that was closed last year is open now. And so just a trip to the store I have this comfort food of mine already.

This is the same with other pancit canton noodles that we could find in any grocery store. The difference is that the one we fund in our grocery store it's soup like while this one we have to drain the water then seasoned. It doesn't look yummy in the picture but it's good really!
