Siopao My Dinner

Too lazy to fix dinner tonight  I decided to steamed Chinese bun. Guess how many did I ate. Yup just two lol!! Hubby ate one and a coffee while I ate two with apple cider. Now I am full and sleepy, geez!

Siopao anyone?

When I was in the Philippines siopao is one of my favorite to eat. In our hometown we had this restaurant who really made a very good siopao. It's soft and we have to choose if it's pork or chicken inside. I love the pork asado siopao and even now I still do missed it. Last week a friend of mine made this siopao for her mom's birthday and I didn't hesitate to take a photo of it.
