Camote Cue

When I first cook this hubby ask me what it is. I told him it is a sweet potato cook in oil and covered with caramel. He only knew about baking sweeto potato but not my way of cooking it. In the end he likes it and from time to time I cook the sweet potato this way especially if I crave for it.

Camote Cue

                  Yesterday went to Kroger and bought Yellow Yam because I am thinking of making camote cue!
                                            Just like the photo below. I am so craving  for this.
