Prepare the ingredients...
I boil the chicken and save the chicken stock later...you have to flake or dice the white meat..
Prepare the wok put on the oil when it is a bit hot put the garlic then the ginger paste (I used ginger paste)..
Then saute the chicken put a little salt...
When meat is all done put the cabbage, let it cover and simmer till wilted..
On the last part when the cabbage is already wilted ( I like my veggies to be crunchy) get one egg scramble it and then stir in to the vegetable. I then season it with hoisin sauce and oyster sauce. taste it and lunch or dinner dish is done!
