Yummy Sunday: Sukang Pinakurat and Grilled Pork Belly

I remember  I had a pork belly in the freezer so I thawed it all. I took some slices and preheat my George Forman grill. 

And with matching suka na pinakurat that I bought  from the Filipino store, worth $2.99!! I don't know kung magkano ito sa Pinas but as I look at the level aba galing pa ito sa Iligan, City. Malapit lang pala sa amin ito dito na kami nagkita sa Michigan hahaha. Anyhow, talagang "magkurat" ka or get scared when you taste this vinegar just has a great taste and hubby likes it.

So here it is with my rice and the pork belly my lunch was a blast!!
