I remember I had a pork belly in the freezer so I thawed it all. I took some slices and preheat my George Forman grill.
And with matching suka na pinakurat that I bought from the Filipino store, worth $2.99!! I don't know kung magkano ito sa Pinas but as I look at the level aba galing pa ito sa Iligan, City. Malapit lang pala sa amin ito dito na kami nagkita sa Michigan hahaha. Anyhow, talagang "magkurat" ka or get scared when you taste this vinegar just has a great taste and hubby likes it.So here it is with my rice and the pork belly my lunch was a blast!!

Looks yummy... Happy Yummy Sunday.
Before, we could only buy the Suka Pinakurat in weekend markets, pero now kahit sa groceries meron na rin. 65 pesos per bottle.. and they do have different flavors now, although we have only tried the basic and the spicier versions.
Pork belly and suka pinakurat... heaven. :)
I joined Yummy Sunday again and my post is up HERE.

The first time I tried it was when I visited my relatives at Iligan City. I love sukang pinakurat too. The second was when I see it in the groceries store of Save More sa E-mall, Cebu. Talagang it has been sold world wide na pala.
