Yesterday, hubby and I went to a Mexican store. I saw this pack of gizzard and almost immediately I craved for the dish that my mom used to cook. So I bought one pack and when we get home I immediately cooked the gizzard. That morning I picked some sweet potato leaves to make a salad.
