Gizzard and Sweet Potato Leaves

Yesterday, hubby and I went to a Mexican store. I saw this pack of gizzard and almost immediately I craved for the dish that my mom used to cook. So I bought one pack and when we get home I immediately cooked the gizzard. That morning I picked some sweet potato leaves to make a salad. Below is the cooked gizzard and the salad sweet potato leaves.

I love fried gizzard.. but I have never come across sweet potato leaves ..would love to try them out.
