Stir fry is most common to Filipino dishes. You'll just saute garlic and onion put some pork or chicken then mix vegetables that you like voila it's stir fry. But of course the taste differs if you use different seasoning. I am not into MSG or other kind of seasoning. I choose to just season it with little salt and that's it. Here in these photo I put bamboo shoots, cabbage, mongo sprout then a left over barbeque chicken. It's a delectable dish with rice it's yummy!
