mixed vegetables or any kind of vegetables you like
1. Preheat the oven for 375F.
2. Put the fish on the dish. Drop butter on each filleted Tilapia. Season with salt, garlic powder, ginger powder or any kind of herb you want to put.
3. Put your mixed vegetables and then the sliced lemon
4. Baked for 30 minutes or until the Tilapia is flaky (like the photo below)
It does smell good after awhile. I bake potato for hubby and dinner is serve and hot.
