Talong and Tinapa

The other day a friend of mine gave me an eggplant or talong. It was already grilled and so what I did I just mashed it with fork then prepare scrambled egg dip the eggplant then fry. What a deal it's so yummy! Then I remember I still have a tinapa so I took one and fry it. Did I have a good dinner definitely!!

YUMMMMY!!! gusto ko yan! love that with lots of hot steamed rice and maybe a bit of ketchup for that delicious talong...seriously drooling here! lol.

I miss eating one! Usually, I add chopped onions to the egg before dipping the eggplant. Makes it tastier.
