Carrot

Carrot is one of the richest sources of carotenoids. High carotenoid intake has been linked with a 20 percent decrease in postmenopausal breast cancer and an up to 50 percent decrease in cancers of the bladder, cervix, prostate, colon, ,larynx and esophagus.

I love carrots - nothing like a snack bag of fresh baby carrots. Healthy to. I watched a health show that mentioned we need a diet of "at a minimum" 50% greens and vegetables
