Friday my Town Shoot-Out

They call this milk glass, don't know why but I found this very pretty. When I go for garage sale or had a trip to GW or SA I immediately look for milk glass or glass milk. When the price is right I would grab it immediately and find a place for it to gather dust lol!!

Looks very nice. The dust-gathering is one reason why I don't really go in for collections of this kind though! LOL

You have a very nice collection. My Siter collects blue Antique glass table ware. It is a great hobby.

That is a popular and very usable thing to collect. I have heard to really be effective collections must all appear together. What do you think?

That's a lovely collection. Do you use the pieces on special occasions?

Oh, you have shown some of my Favorite Collectibles. Great finds all of them and they do make a pretty display when all grouped together. I use my Milk Glass pieces often. They really are useful and so pretty on the table...that way they get washed often...no dusting! Very pretty photo, too!

Nice collection. And I think the dusting problem happens with all collections. Unless somebody is collecting dust.

Pretty pieces. All collections end up as dust collectors, don't they?

Very pretty collection, in fact, I used to have one of the same peices as you. I had that flat peice. Now I'm wonderfing where it went. Hmmm. Thanks for reminding me.
