Tortang talong

                        After peeling the eggplant I mashed it with the stalk still attach then dip in the egg
                                                 Let the oil heat up and then fry the eggplant.
            And here it is my Tortang talong. One of my favorite dish. Last night I talked to my brother on the phone and I asked him what's their lunch, and he told me it's tortang talong, gush!!! My stomach immediately growl, that means I then get hungry hehehe. I told my brother it takes at least 30 minutes for me to get to a store who has the same kind like in the Philippines and it's not cheap! This is my contribution to
