Sushi anyone?

Last Sunday hubby and I went to Fuji Japanese buffet to celebrate Nanay's birthday party. We've been in this restaurant several times because they have plenty of food  to choose from. The first time I brought hubby there he immediately love Sushi. I am surprised though he is not a picky eater but as an American many don't like eating fish or any seafood to that matter much so Sushi or sashimi. Now every time we went there he only ate Sushi and Sashimi and what makes this restaurant good is that they had more than 10 kinds of shushi. Hubby told me the other day his favorite is the eel sushi!! I gave an ovation to my hubby for that. Here are some of photos.

If there're a lot of traditional red-sauce Italian restaurants in your area, for example, then maybe you shouldn't open another one, even if you think your mom's recipe for lasagna is out of this world. Make sure that your concept will be distinguishable by the average consumer. The restaurant business is competitive enough without you having to go head-to-head with established eateries.
