I made this pancit or chinese noodle for Aaron's open house. It was one of the favorite of the celebrant and of course he ates it immediately as soon as I put it on the table hehe.
There are a lot of variations in cooking pancit or chinese noodles. This one I make chicken for the meat and chopped lengthwise the carrots and cabbage. I used the chicken broth to soften the noodles and the vegetable.
