Dinuguan at Binangkal

I was off  for few hours today because I went to my friends house, it was Michelle's 25th birthday. The weather is gloomy the sun didn't come out but the food is great lol!! I only took a picture of dinuguan (pork blood stew) and binangkal. It was really great I do missed dinuguan so much lalo na with puto, hay sira na naman ang diet. But heck forget the diet ika nga once a year lang naman ata ako makakain nang pork blood stew or dinuguan  so I allow myself to enjoy the food. Of course after everybody had eaten and it was bye bye time, bring house moment na naman. Here are the pictures that I took.

Binangkal's recipe:

  1. 3 cups of All purpose flour
  2. 2/3 cup water
  3. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 2    tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 2    tbsp oil
  8. sesame seeds
  9. oil for deep frying
Procedure:
1. Mix the number 2 to 7 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Then mix the all purpose flour. Mixed it well.
3.  Form a small ball (not too big because when it is fried it will expand)  then roll it to the sesame seed. At least press the sesame seed so it won't not detached when frying (but some seeds do)
4. Then deep fry to a low medium heat. The oil should  not be too hot because it will cause to burn easily the sesame seed and the inside is not yet cook.
  That's it ciao!!
