I was cleaning the pantry yesterday, I noticed that we still have two pieces of kamote or camote left from last year but still they are in great form. Few days ago I was making spring rolls and it so happened that I have spring roll wrapper left. So I decided to make a turon out of kamote. Hubby was watching tv and I told him I am going to make something different for merienda and he just agreed. AFter he tasted my new camoteng turon he loves it, makes my heart flip flap another trophy for me hehehe -wink-. Here are some of the pics.
