Chili con carne

Here is one dish that hubby loves to eat chili con carne ala kim!! Yup I could say ala Kim since from the chili recipe that we usually follows I change some of the ingredients from the original recipe and discover my own recipe. The first time I made chili I used tomato sauce it came out good hubby said, but for me who isn't a lover of tomato sauce I found it not too good. Last year, after harvesting plenty of tomatoes from my step-son farm and with the help of my sister in law I made canned SALSA and tomato sauce. That is when I discover that my very own salsa can be a good substitute for making chili con carne. From then on I used my very own salsa to the chili con carne in my cooking. Hubby love it!!

Hi manang kim. Like you I have this passion for cooking. pero sa ngayon ay lie low muna ako because of my husband's condition. pag ok na hubby ko, i'll cook this chili con carne. kaya lang walang mabibiling salsa mo sa market so i'll use tomato sauce.

Hi madz, mas maayo ug fruits and vegetables imong perme kaonon gyud kesa softdrinks or cake or anything that has a lot of artificial sugar added. Bitaw you need a good rest kay puhon manganak naka you have strength on that blissful day.
Grabe gyud ang recession dire sa US biya millions na gyud walay mga trabaho ang mga tawo plus daghan na gyud kaayo mga house nga gipang foreclose.
I do appreciate sa imong pagbisita dire take your time.

kalami aning imong gi post dri oi. I like chilli con carne, gi na serve ni sa school dri 3 times a month. daghanon gud nko kaon kay libre man hehe.

but yesterday it was not chilli con carne that was served in school lunch.. chilli sin carne, kanang vegetarian lang gani, kay kuno ang government nag save sa kwarta because of economic crisis.
