As a newbie of cooking turkey and turkey stuffing I was kind of having a second thought if it turns out well. To my surprise our guest likes it. The turkey was moist inside not dry and my stuffing is just really good. And because I am a newbie I rely most of the measurement to my recipe (taste of home mag) but it turns out really good. Hubby told me we could just buy the stuffing mixed from the store but I was determined to make my first turkey and stuffing from scratch. And so I bake the corn bread first then cooked the sage sausage with celery, bell pepper and onions etc. When they were cooked I just mixed the two and voila my first stuffing unfold. Here is the pic.
