* Beef cut in length wise
* Mung beans in can
* red bell pepper cut in cubes
*small bunch of bok choy/petchay
* hoisin saice
*salt and pepper to taste
* garlic and onion
I saute first the onion then the garlic then the meat until brown. Then I put all the vegetables put the hoisin sauce a little of water then stir in a high heat. When the vegetables are welted turn off the heat and set aside the dish I like my vegetables to be crunchy a bit.

oooh, i love the ingredients here! I'd most probably change the meat to pork or chicken (mainstays in my kitchen) but if I find a good beef i can do that, too. yummmmm!!!
