Ginisang Mungo

If you are a Filipino you are familiar to these dish. We call this ginisang mungo but I mixed sardinas or sardines to it with white squash. I happen to have malungay/kamungay so I put it too and voula a new dish from my kitchen is born. ^_^

Oh, I haven't tried adding sardines into the monggo dish. Sounds interesting! :D

I love this too and we just had this for lunch a few days ago. I have not tried it with sardines in it. It seems it will add an interesting taste to the dish.

I have not tried monggo with sardines but now that I've seen how delicious it is, I'm going to do just like you did!

i love adding malunggay (and sometimes cheese) to my mongo, but yet have to try it with sardines. :)

My mom always use Ampalaya leaves over Malunggay,but it both taste yummy!!!
