Blue Basin

Every Sunday in my hometown (in the Philippines) the city council allow farmers and fishermen to sell their catch and produce in these certain place. Many peple in the city goes to this place because all the vegetables, fruits and seafoods are fresh. When I was in the Philippines last May we went to the place and took pictures of the seafoods. One blue basin I spotted contain jelly fish I never know we can eat jelly fish. I did not buy it though I just took picture.

See the tomatoes in red and orange/yellow, the hot pepper, onion and green onion. Looks good hehehe.

Jellyfish do seem a bit exotic for a meal - we never had this when I was growing up :) So we never ate it, but this soup, full of vegetables, otherwise looks very tasty, fresh makes it so. Niice take - but jellyfish??

Interesting. It's usually served as appetizer in Chinese restaurants.

Mine is here.
