Because we try to be healthy and lose weight we started our morning with some healthy food.
1 glass of warm water with lemon juice and I put one slice of lemon
oatmeal cooked
1 small apple, chopped
dash with cinnamon
a little dash of lemon jest to taste
1 cup of fresh brewed cocoa

Lovely photographic presentation of a healthy - and yellow - breakfast! I also eat apple and oats for breakfast! But I also add a pear and a banana (hungry me!) and cook it (microwave) altogether. My blog has pictures of it in the archives. The drink looks like a good idea - i might try it!

Right do not forget the water with lemon. It says it would burn fat faster! ^_^

i haven't tried oatmeal with apple. i usually have raisins, banana or mango.:p
Apples are excellent for health and also for diet ! It fills your stomac and has no calories !
