Banana Pepper

I am starting to harvest plenty of banana pepper. I do not want to waste so I search high and low on how to make a pickle for it. I am not into pickle but then I have to do something for my banana pepper. then I realize we Filipinos like sauce. We will eat with something to dip with like vinegar or soy sauce. I thought of making banana pepper with garlic, onions and vinegar to make a good chili dip. This morning I make one and hope it taste good.

you can try to pickle it jalapeno style.:p
but i guess garlic alone would work--my mom does it with mustasa and young mango.
