- If you want something chocolatey, Instead of just getting anything that has chocolates, which of course has lots of calories, get a candy bar that has nuts or one made with peanut butter. These would have more protein and fibers that will make you feel satisfied. For example, eat Snickers rather than 3 Musketeers. Yum yum!!
- When you want something that will fill you up. Get something that has more than sugar in it, otherwise you will hungry again in five minutes.
- When you want something cool and creamy to drink, choose the one with more calcium.
