Broiled barbeque
Hubby loves pork barbeque. And as a doting wife I love to cook it for him. What I did is to buy a baby back ribs and let it boil to tender. Then when it's tender I broil it inside an oven since I can't do any barbequing outside it's snowing. Then I rub it with any barbeque sauce and oh men how hubby loves it. Here is the photo.
