The other day I was craving for a fried rice. I missed how my mother cooked fried rice. She didn't put anything but just salt and garlic and it just taste so good. Sometimes I try to re-create my mother's fried rice but I always ended up putting a lot of scrambled egg, peas and some other veggies. The other day I was looking more additional fillings for my fried rice and I found tinapa. So I put on top the three tinapas and oh my I had the best breakfast ever!!
