Red hollyhock

This is one of my Hollyhock a deep red maroon color. It grows so fast, that now it's taller than me.

This flower is a true gem! The deep color is quiet and dignified, the texture seems to be of ruby silk. Lovely!

Gorgeous hollyhock! I am embarrassed to say this, but I have never been able to grow hollyhocks. So I think you must be a magnificent gardener! :)

I've always wanted to try Hollyhocks as I had a neighbor who raved about them. It never worked out but thank you for the sweet memories of her with your lovely picture. :)
