Yummy Sunday: Beef liver stir fry


One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating. 


This is my version of beef liver stir fry. I cut the beef liver in strips. I prepare onion, garlic and yellow bell pepper. I sauted the onion and onion to a the cooking oil. When it is translucent I put the beef liver. Mix it but not too much. When it is already brown but not tough put the bell pepper. Just let it simmer but not too much we don't want the beef liver to be tough or rubbery. Seasoned it with salt and pepper then it is done. That is how easy it is. Happy eating!

Wow! Looks so yummy! Good for you, you know how to cook liver. I'm having a hard time learning to cook liver because I end up having a rubber like texture... which means it's overcooked. LOL!
