Hubby made this the other day. I think he was craving for a corn bread that day, I was in the bedroom when I heard cling-clang-bang sounds in the kitchen. And of course, since their are only him and me in the house I knew who is in the kitchen right away LOL! He followed the package directions on how to make a corn bread but he made a huge twist to it. He mixed blueberries and it turns out really good. It makes more moist and not dry. I am not a lover of any muffin but this one I do love it.
