Yummy Sunday: Pritong Talong at Pipino

Living abroad is not that easy specially in terms of food. I as a Filipino by heart crave most of the time  to our native food. Yung food na mabibili mo sa Karenderya ^_^. Or  yung luto ni Mama, Lola or Auntie. The other day I remember I had a huge eggplant. I remember my father thought me how to make prito the talong lol. He learned this way of cooking the talong when he was assigned for work in Cabanatuan. With not much further ado, I sliced the eggplant and fry it. With my rice and suka with little patis, I burp and sigh with relief hahahaha. Ang life talaga ang simple lang diba? Here is the picture...
Then my mama used to make sweet and sour pipino. I recreate what she used to make and here it is again.

Wow! the pritong talong looks so yummy. Cucumbers with tomatoes are also my favorite. I like this entry.

Being a more responsible driver definitely helps you qualify for lower car insurance rates. Matter of fact, some insurance companies offer discounts to clients who have completed defensive driving training program as well as when your car comes with anti-lock brakes, automatic seat belts, airbags and anti-theft devices.
