VTT: An old directory

I found this piece at an old suit case. Made from 1939 a good entry for my Vintage Thingy Thursday.

That is a really vintage find. You should be glad you found this and keep it safe now. Thanks for sharing with us on VTT.

Why lookie there! It is from Beloit, Wisconsin!!!! That makes it doubly good - - - well, the Wisconsin part anyway, although Beloit seems to be a pretty little town too.

It's cool what you can find inside old suitcases, boxes, etc.

Don't you just love the language in old documents--a bit archaic and flowery, yet business like!

Wow, how cool. We also had a Fairbanks Morse here in Kansas City in the 1950- -1970's. It was located in the Fairfax district which was a section for manufacturing. Great find.

This is cool...now I want a peek inside! Beloit is about 90 miles from where I live. Interesting how things get around!

What fun that is. By the way, I have actually been to Beloit, Wisconsin. There is a nice small college there.
