Mommy Liz kusina. I was blog hopping and I get to her kusina and I remember I had 3 pieces of pig hocks. I checked the ingredients I had it all except the banana blossom so I just changed it to cloves of garlic and I put a little water to kicked the liquid out. Then I put all the ingredients inside a crock pot and let it cooked. For about 2 or 3 hrs the meat was tender and ready to eat.
2 lbs. Pig's Feet
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 pcs. bay leaves
1/2tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
a pinch of MSG (optional)
dried banana blossom if available
I used instead 2-3 pcs. cloves of garlic)
Procedure: I put all the ingredients inside a crock pot and let it cooked for 2 or 3 hrs until it is soft and tender and ready to eat. But you have to stir and check it from time to time.
