Bluer than Blue?

When I was shopping for plants to plant in my garden I found this blue potato. Blue potato is not unfamiliar to me because in the Philippines this is my favorite. I remember my grandmother used to buy blue potatoes for me ^_^ so when I spotted it at our local greenhouse I bought one plant just for curiosity if it will turn out blue. The other day I harvested my blue potato and yes they are deep blue that it almost like purple or lavender in color. I cooked it immediately with fry baked pork chop (yummy) and so loving the taste of the potato it reminds me of my childhood and grandma.

Our barn and the blue sky

Cannot beat the beauty of nature.
