Mango Gelatin
The not so good remark with this dessert is that you can't place it in the refrigerator for a long time specially if it is already slice, it will turn pale white it doesn't look good. In other words consume it all and nothing will be put back in the refrigerator.
mango gelatin:
2tbsps unflavored gelatin
1/4 c tap water
3 medium sized ripe mangoes
1 cup cottage cheese
1 300ml can condensed milk
1 170g can nestle cream
Procedure:
Soften gelatin in water for about 5 mins. Dissolve over a pan of boiling water and set aside.
Peel and coarsely chop flesh of 2 mangoes, setting aside the remainder for garnishing.
Soften cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Blend in gelatin and the rest of the ingredients. Pour into indidual custard or dessert cups and garnish with remaining mango. Chill until set. Kaon na!
