Pineapple Cheese Casserole

Last night we had a Women's Advent Tea event at the church. I hosted one table and decorate it. A bunch of my relatives here came and it was a great night. I brought with me two dishes Pineapple cheese Casserole and Mini Apple Pie.
                                                                 I gather all the ingredients

                                                            2 sticks butter
                                                            2 cans chunk pineapple
                                                            2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup each sugar and flour, mix
                                                             crushed Ritz crackers

Procedure:

* Layer pineapple chunk at the bottom of the dish.
* Top with 1 cup cheese
* Spread 1/2 of sugar and flour
* Spread 1 stick melted butter

The repeat the procedure of layering. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake @ 350F until brown around one hour.

This is one of the hit dish in the event. More than five people asked for the recipe and I gave it to them sharing is the best thing to do in this life. Happy eating! Linking to Foodie Friday
