Fried rice with tinapa

The other day I was craving for a fried rice. I missed how my mother cooked fried rice. She didn't put anything but just salt and garlic and it just taste so good. Sometimes I try to re-create my mother's fried rice but I always ended up putting a lot of scrambled egg, peas and some other veggies. The other day I was looking more additional fillings for my fried rice and I found tinapa. So I put on top the three tinapas  and oh my I had the best breakfast ever!!

Yes, just pick two or three eggs scrambled the egg prepare oil on the pan let it heat and voila you already have a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Well the other day I was feeling hungry and I am craving a bit for scrambled egg. I also remember that I still have a spicy "tinapa" in the refrigerator. So what I did I mixed the tinapa in the scrambled egg I also slice the ripe pineapple and here is my dish the other day.
