Fruit Salad Smoothie

Here is my new concoction Peach Banana Strawberry smoothie. A very good breakfast smoothie.

  Ingredients:

1  ripe Peach (you can use fresh)
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 banana peeled
2 cups chilled skim milk
4 tsps fruit juice (I used Silk)
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
1. In blender combine all ingredients except cinnamon.
2. Divide smoothie into chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

One bagel cut in half and spread cream cheese.

I love to eat more fruits in the morning so throw those fruits in your plate!
