I made this before few weeks ago at our family Christmas party. These is one of the dish that my hubby's family are eager to eat and so I made plenty for everyone to take and taste it. My spring roll is consist of ground pork, carrots (grind in a food processor) a garlic powder, salt and pepper to season. I bought my spring roll wrapper at an Asian store since their wrapper is more thinner and is just right for spring roll.
These look so yummy! We are vegan for 30 days, hope we survive. Thanks for making my mouth water. I will have totry one in February.
