Bokchoy or Pechay with sardines

We call this vegetable in the Philippines petchay but here in US they call it bokchoy. Nevertheless, they are the same though some are big others are small. From time to time I crave for vegetable dish unlike in the Philippines I had to send somebody to go to the market and voila fresh vegetables, fruits and meat are there after several minutes. Every time hubby and  I went for grocery shopping (at Asian store) I bought plenty of vegetables and in order my vegetables not to rot I have to cook it  immediately. One of my bokchoy dish with a twist.

Ingredients : olive oil, garlic, ginger, bokchoy, sardines and sesame seed.
