My Breakfast
Today I made tortang talong. One dish most Filipinos love. I had plenty of eggplants in my garden and I already did some freezing for winter time. Then I picked cucumber and tomatoes fresh from the garden cut them dash it with salt and pepper it was ready to go. ^_^

but i love the side dish of cucumber and tomatoes.

ReplyDeleteeggplant, one of the veggies that my kids aren't so crazy about...usually when i make tortang talong i add ground pork and that does help them eat the veggie, including the generous amount of cheese and ketchup. lol.
