Kiping

We call this Kiping in my hometown. I do not know what this made of but I like to guess it could be from rice or cassava/yuca. They grind and make it a paste. They flatten it like a wafer like then they cooked it. When it is crispy they put caramelized brown sugar and that makes it really good. It is crunchy and sweet good for an afternoon snack.
