In my native country Philippines we have abundant supply of Avocado or Guacamole in summer. I grow up eating and liking it. How I eat my avocado is just to cut them in half, then peel it then I put a brown sugar on top and that's it. Simple as one, two, three! Some like to blend it then mix with milk, sugar and crushed ice but I prefer mine to eat as it is. Here is the avocado that I ate yesterday.
