Paksiw
One thing here in the Philippines we can buy fish fresh. Every day we go to the market fresh fish is every where. Last night we had paksiw na isda. Since I arrived last week what I ate the most is fish, vegetables and fruits. I will definitely miss this dish when I get back to the US.

Yan ang lagi naming ulam tuwing almusal. dati nauumay na ako sa araw araw ba naman na ulam. pero ngayon hinahanap-hanap ko na ang asim ng paksiw.
