Ginisang Talong

Here goes is my ordinary ginisang talong (stir fry eggplant). Somehow I can't find any galungong or tinapa to mix with the eggplant I come up with the canned tuna. Well it turned out really well. I remember growing up this is the easy way to cook for a viand. What's yours?
