Fresh Miki/Noodle

Last few weeks ago me and my friends went to an Oriental Store and do some shopping. On the frozen aisle I spotted this fresh miki in one pack. Gush how I missed fresh miki so I did not hesitate to grabbed two packs and yesterday I cooked it with shrimps. Hubby loves it except that he said I can't eat the shrimp everything is in here. I was laughing and laughing. He meant that he can't eat it with the head and the shell, of course as a Filipino I knew how to take off the shrimp head and took off the shell, but with my American husband seems it is not easy for him so I took the shrimps and cleaned it up for him. I am sweet lol!

Are you not yet hungry? I am and right now I am eating the left over from yesterday. ^_^
