Last July 4th we had a huge turkey cooked right in the middle of the pontoon boat. It was so tender and smoked and it's really good!! The people who are also riding in another pontoon boats were looking at us and of course I knew that they smell the good stuff. Because aside from the turkey we also had a pork barbque!!
