ABC Wednesday-O


                                                           OYSTER SAUCE
I used Oyster sauce  and this kind of brand when I am stir frying vegetables. A friend of mine who cooked a lot told me that this brand has the most oyster made to produce this sauce. I've tried other brand but it does taste it has a lot of msg. I don't put a lot of this though (a tablespoon)  just to enhance the flavor of the vegetables.  (I am not paid by this)

    Hmm..I use Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce. I will have to try Mama Sita's sometime and compare the difference!

    I always use Lee Kum Kee, but not very often.

    Never used it, but glad for the tip. Usually season stirfry with a little soy sauce.
